Cards Future Payment came to life to fill a gap in the financial Market that was in need of an event focused on Solutions and Technologies for payment methods. During the expo, Telpo demonstrated a series of biometric payment technology-related smart POS terminal to customers and live audiences, especially the EFTPOS TPS900.
From May 15th to 16th, 2018, Cards Future Payment brings together the last technologies, trends and products for payment methods, e-commerce, certification and digital ID, among other services in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It is one of the largest fairs of its kind in Latin America.
More than an event, Cards Future Payment is the most important annual meeting point for gathering professionals who are looking for innovation, technology, experience, networking and business generation.
The event was attended by more than 3,200 visitors and 60 exhibiting brands present both at the exhibition and at the Congress.
Android EFT POS TPS900 was introduced in the card future payment exhibition. It uses Qualcomm quad-core processor and Android 5.1 operating system. The handheld POS TPS900 supports 4G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth network connectivity. The device’s high-definition screen (720 x 1280 pixels) measures 5.5 inches on the diagonal.
Smart Terminal TPS900 handles EMV-compliant NFC as well as QR code-based mobile payments. It is PCI4.x certified and is also certified with the Peoples Bank of China.
The TPS900 is a Smart Biopayment Terminal. It is equipped with a built-in fingerprint scanner, Camera (the software decoding), thermal printer. It can overcome the complicated payment situation. The Smart Biopayment Terminal TPS900 can improve payment security and promptness.
Telpo provides this and other devices to government agencies and telecom companies including Vodafone, MTN, Airtel, and China Mobile. Telecom operators use the fingerprint scanner to identify customers who make payments such as prepaid airtime, as well as to issue SIM cards.
